- We have been familiar with the topic of additive manufacturing of inserts for 10 years. Such inserts with conformal cooling are required for achieving a homogeneous die temperature.
- Good part quality, reduced solidification time and longer die life can be achieved through good temperature distribution in dies and molds.
- It also reduces costs throughout the entire process, e.g. reduction of release agents, less die maintenance, recycling of contaminated waste water, etc.
- Together with our partners, we offer design and completely finished die and mold inserts. Of course we can also offer prototypes and spare parts for automotive applications and in the aftermarket made of steel, aluminium and other materials
